Drowners attack!

The hunting season at Kaer Tiele is never finished! It’s always a good time to get rid of the drowners roaming around the witcher castle. Of course this is yet another scene inspired by The Witcher School larp event. This time young witchers were attacked not only by the drowners’ long claws but also another deadly weapon - fish!

I started out quite consistently planning my next step (the first 3 stages), then took a few weeks break and after I came back to it I suddenly became more bold with my choices (the last 2 stages - I even forgot to take screenshots more often!)

As important as planning is in the first steps, I realised I need to 'detach' myself from the painting and acting too careful in order to make more decisive brushstrokes afterwards. Definitely a good lesson and hopefully it will improve my overall process :)
